Native Services, Inc. is looking for a Construction Administrator to keep our projects and office running smoothly.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee construction documentation (contracts, change orders, purchase orders, & subcontracts)

Create bid packets & request quotes from vendors

Attend pre-construction meetings & keep the bid calendar up to date

Ensure subcontractors stay in compliance

Perform general office tasks (data entry, filing, answering phones & greeting visitors)

Work well under pressure and meet important deadlines

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Happy Tuesday from Native Services!
This is a rare sight, four of our 20+ year veterans all together in front of the Hitachi ZX650. Between all of these men, there’s over 200 years of experience in the civil construction industry.

We’ve grown up side by side, watched each other’s kids grow, and built more than just projects, we’ve built a family. Time may be flying, but one thing’s for sure: we’re never too old to keep moving dirt and making it happen.

Meet Richie Homminga! The Heart Behind Native Services, Inc.

With over 37 years of experience in the civil construction industry, Richie has done it all. From humble beginnings as a timekeeper, laborer, and helper earning just $6 an hour, to managing large-scale field operations and sitting at the table for high-level project meetings. Richie has manned every position this industry has to offer.

But no matter how far he’s come, his heart remains in the field. You’ll still find him on the tractors, working side-by-side with the hardworking men and women who keep this machine running. His leadership is grounded in grit, experience, and a deep respect for the work it takes to build from the ground up.

Richie isn’t just the owner, he’s a builder, a mentor, has an eye for moving earth, and is the backbone of Native Services, Inc.
