It’s finally in the works — construction has officially started!

We’re thrilled to officially announce our newest concept:
Schafer’s Coastal Kitchen, coming soon to Nassau Bay.

We recently acquired the former Luby’s property at 1600 E. NASA Parkway in Nassau Bay! The former Luby’s Cafeteria, a 10,000-square-foot building along NASA Parkway, across the street from Space Center Houston is being transformed into Schafer’s Coastal Kitchen, opening Fall 2026.
What to Expect:

✔️ Gulf Coast seafood favorites
✔️ 40 seat oval bar serving Craft cocktails & curated wine selections
✔️ Elevated yet relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
✔️ Full-service seated dining
✔️ Private dining rooms for meetings and events
✔️ 125+ local jobs created

For years, many residents have said there was a void in full-service dining in the area. We’re proud to help fill that gap with a destination restaurant rooted in Bay Area hospitality.
Our current locations include Schafer’s Coastal Bar & Grille, Lil Outriggers Hula Bar & Grill in Clear Lake Shores, and were partners in Outriggers Seafood Grill & Oyster Bar, the famous water born landmark located under the Kemah Bridge.
Demolition has begun.
Fall 2026 can’t come soon enough!

🌿 Stone hunting day! ✨
We spent the morning at the most incredible showroom, hand-selecting the perfect natural stone for our client’s stunning new residential build.
Walking through rows of massive displays and seeing the raw, breathtaking colors and patterns that Mother Nature created… what an amazing reminder of the beauty right here in our earth! From soft veining to bold dramatic tones — every piece tells its own story.
Can’t wait to see these beauties transformed into the exterior, countertops, islands, and statement features in their dream home 🏡💎
