The total renovation of this high-rise condo located in Austin, TX is one of our favorites.
This first step in this whole space makeover was carefully reconfiguring the layout of this high-rise condo building in 1964. We decided to relocate the kitchen closer to the 12ft x 14ft windows in order to provide our client with better natural lighting and a beautiful view.😲

Let the light shine. Do not block natural light with furniture, such as vanity or linen cabinets. Where ever possible, position furniture away from a window that offers a valuable light source, or perhaps position extra storage cabinets so they fit neatly underneath a window.
