Awesome garage apartment we designed and built on East 26th. It has a 4' overhang over driveway to make the apartment bigger. cabinets from Durastone Corporation, windows from Grogan Building Supply doors from The Detering Company, and counter tops from Stone Future. I like the kitchen back splash tile. Har.com 402 east 26th street. Photo credits: listing agent. The driveway was problematic, but we did it to save tree.

Awesome two bedroom we finished last week. New everything. Cabinets from Durastone Corporation, counter tops at Stone Future, and frosted five panel doors at The Detering Company.

Our tile guys did a great job on this new bathroom. White tile with dark grout is VERY hard to look good, however they knocked it out of the park. Clients are happy! Cabinets from Durastone Corporation and tops from Stone Future

We've done several projects where the client bought a crappy house in a gentrifying neighborhood, super cheap, we tore everything down and built a garage apartment on the new empty lot. They lived there for a couple of years, then used the equity to get a loan and build a new house, and rented the garage apartment to pay for the new mortgage. Before and after below.
