At Woodson's Reserve Amenity Center, our crew is installing flagstone pavers, working piece by piece to bring the layout together.

With the natural variation in flagstone, every piece requires attention to placement, spacing, and fit. It's the kind of work where experience and craftsmanship show in the details.

One of our favorite views from the Main Street project in Downtown Houston. 🚊🌆

The pavers installed along the METRORail create a seamless connection between the landscaping, transit system, and pedestrian spaces throughout downtown.

Working alongside an active rail system also required much more than a quality installation. Our crews had to carefully coordinate their work around METRO’s trackway access and safety requirements, including Roadway Worker Protection training, approved work permits, designated work zones, scheduled track access, and continuous coordination with METRO Rail Control.

With portions of the work taking place within the METRORail Safety Zone, every phase required planning, communication, and attention to safety while keeping the installation moving forward.

Projects like this are a great example of what happens behind the finished product. The pavers may be what you see, but there is a tremendous amount of coordination and teamwork that goes into getting them there.

We’re proud of the craftsmanship our Gulf Coast Pavers team brought to Main Street and even more proud to see our work become part of the everyday landscape of Downtown Houston.

A project our team won’t soon forget.

Recently, our Gulf Coast Pavers DFW team traveled from Texas to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico to complete the replacement of engraved memorial pavers. ⚜️

These pavers carry more than names. They represent the memories and contributions of individuals who have helped make Philmont a place that generations of Scouts hold close to their hearts. Our team had the responsibility of carefully preserving that legacy while delivering a high-quality installation that will continue to honor it for years to come. 🌟

Working at a remote location presented its own set of challenges, from coordinating materials and equipment to keeping the project on schedule. Our crew approached each one with the planning, adaptability, and craftsmanship that we strive to bring to every Gulf Coast Pavers project.

The opportunity to stay at the ranch and experience the surrounding New Mexico landscape made the project even more memorable for our team. It was a reminder that the work we do goes beyond installing pavers. Sometimes, we have the opportunity to help preserve history and contribute to places that hold a much deeper meaning for the people who experience them.

We’re grateful to have played a part in this project and proud of our DFW crew for representing Gulf Coast Pavers with excellence every step of the way.
