A recent insurance review for a wellness spa uncovered a coverage issue that is more common than many business owners realize.

Although the business leased its space, the policy's Damage to Premises Rented to You limit did not align with the operation's exposures.

After reviewing the business and its needs, we were able to increase that coverage while also reducing the annual premium.

Stronger protection. Lower cost.

This is why I encourage business owners to periodically review their insurance programs. In many cases, coverage may no longer align with current operations, lease obligations, or business growth.

A second opinion can often reveal opportunities to strengthen protection, reduce costs, or both.
