This is way cool. I wanted some heavy shirts for the winter for the PI job. Called a few companies around town they all have minimums, like 30 to even fool with it and it takes time. I found https://ninjatransfers.com put to gether my graphics, uploaded, got them next day. I made shirts for me and our missing persons investigator Jason Watts. I bought the shirts for $11 at Walmrt. These are iron on graphics that are washable/stretchable. It was really easy to do this and dirt cheap compared to getting a t shirt shop to do it. They really turned out well! I highly recommend Ninja

So happy for my cousin Clay Ryan. Clay's house was flooded in the 2017 Harvey storm. Texas House Lifting offered the option of a slab separation for his home. Texas House Lifting was the only lifter that recommended a slab separation solution. Economically this was the best option for his situation. Slab Elevation solutions by other companies were out of Clay Ryan's budget. In addition, Clay pursued every available monetary grant and assistance for this project. At the end of the day, this project was a success based on our advice and Clay's self education about every possible avenue for funding of this project. Texas House Lifting only provided the lifting service. Clay Ryan became the general contractor that teamed with Sabo Construction to develop the best possible solution to elevate his home. We are just so happy Clay was able to stay in his home and reduce his flood insurance premium to below preflood Harvey Storm level! We Love you and are so proud of you Clay Ryan! Great job on this project that you personally lead with your determination, experience and persistence!

Typically you must obtain an Elevation Certificate to move forward with a house elevation. It does not matter which company you ultimately contract to do the job. In addition, until you obtain the Elevation Certificate, you have no formal confirmation of the minimum elevation height. Texas House Lifting has a staff Civil Structural Engineer that is certified for this task. The cost is $350, you must have this certificate to start the process. We also provide engineering designs, which is typically required (mandatory) for a house elevation. Even if you do not contract with us to elevate your house, we are glad to offer these services.

A potential client I met with yesterday said that a Realtor told her elevating her house that flooded, would not increase the value. Elevating a house above the flood plain will not necessarily increase the value of your home. However, you will maintain the value of your home, lower your flood insurance to pre-flood rates and increase the marketability. The profile picture on this page is a prime example. After this house flooded for the first time during Harvey, flood insurance skyrocketed from $600 to $3600 annually. After completion of the elevation, the annual flood insurance rate returned to $600. In addition, the marketability of the house has rebounded.
