Last week we picked up our new trailer, which arrived earlier than expected! This will make moving equipment and materials to job sites much more efficient!

Jeez, we have been BUSY! Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to! 😉

For the first project, we removed a bunch of material from the bank in order to extend their front yard. Installed French drains around the house and garage to fix a persistent water issue. We brought in topsoil and began final grading the site. Lastly, we will be utilizing hydro-seeding to accelerate the process of grass growth!

For the second project, we readied this site for a modular home by Blacks Home Sales. First we began by stripping all the topsoil off the site to be reused when we’re ready to bring the site to finish grade. Next, we built a swale on top of the bank and we dug a swale the entire way around the bottom of the bank to manage water runoff and prevent it from accumulating near the house. So much more to be done with this job, but it’s coming together beautifully. This was just the first phase, there will be more updates and pictures to come as we progress with this project.

Special thanks to Luke Mulhollen with Mulhollen’s Property Maintenance for drilling the holes for the piers and pouring the concrete!

I do also want to take the time to say a huge thank you to everyone for all the love and support we’ve gotten since we began this journey. Couldn’t do it without each and everyone of you!
