Responsibility for all projects is shared by each of the two Principals, one of which is a licensed Architect and the other is a licensed Engineer with the appropriate Principal providing in-depth continuity and the other Principal providing secondary coverage with respect to design, engineering, architecture, building construction code, zoning, and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance. Each
Principal oversees a staff of technical personnel diversified in computer aided drafting and design, code and design expertise through the conclusion of each project. Principals conference with each other to insure a well evaluated, diversified review of a project insuring opinions of more than one professional and discipline are incorporated into the project at hand. Construction value of projects in progress approximates $30,000,000.00 annually. The firm has state of the art CADD facilities in-house to facilitate computer design, drafting and analysis. In 2015, the firm relocated to larger facilities in Howard Beach, Queens, New York. The office layout has a reception area, private offices, a conference room, a file room, research center and in -house reproduction and printing facilities. In addition to the two Principals, the Firm maintains a professional, technical and administrative staff capable of handling most any design project.
