We have a website!! 😮🥹😍☺️Lots of big feels with this.

After some research, we went with a company based out of DeSmet and Watertown- close to our hometown and also they are smaller towns, like ours. That meant something to us.

It is wild and exhilarating that my cell number, the one I got as a teen, the only one I have ever had, is on a website, linking people to a business my husband and I started and we built together. Shawn tried to get a separate phone one time, a business phone, ask him how that went.. 😂

I am excited for this platform for Callies Homes, Inc. It feels like a new level of adulting and business owning has been accomplished. 😏

From 10:30am-8pm, I cleaned this custom build near Madison. ☑️Every drawer and cupboard vacuumed and wiped. ☑️Every interior door, every linear foot of trim, wiped. ☑️Interior windows washed. ☑️Floor vacuumed and mopped- some spots 3 times.

Sometimes people think the preprimed, unfinished LP Smartside siding is the final color and it is a decent tan color, but this custom build near Madison has a cabin, rustic vibe. All the colors with siding, trim, stone, and shingles came together beautifully!

Insulation to sheetrock. We are about to begin splashing color throughout this space! Pine carsiding will cover the ceiling. Underneath all that protective floor covering is polished concrete. Wood burning fireplace will get stone and carsiding wrap. Stunning kitchen setup coming.

This is our remodel project in Howard. I am picking up the trim package today from the stain shop.

Donations and sponsorships hit different in a small community…with small businesses. We thrive off each other. We strengthen each other. We give support for growth. 👏🏼

We are happy to bless the daycare our children went to (where I worked when pregnant with my now 14 year old) and also the cheer program that said 14 year old is a part of. We recently gave support to the band program with their school calendars and continue to advertise with our local newspaper. 👶🏼📣🥁📰

Volunteering is a beautiful way to give as well. 🐅🧡

Our Brandon custom build has garage doors, driveway, base trim- casement- crown molding- doors, hardware, and retaining wall all started or completed. ☑️☑️☑️

Sioux Empire Parade of Homes is September 12-13 & 19-20. 🗓️📍Come check out this entry! 🏡 It is a popular layout that began as our Spec 1 and redone for Spec 5 and customized multiple times to fit the function and lifestyle of multiple homeowners.

✔️Mantle custom made to replicate their existing mantle. Fireplace is almost ready for stone.

Almost all layers are complete and this home is ready for a construction clean and the homeowners to move in!
