Sometimes the job is a little grimy — and that's exactly when it matters most.

Doug and Rich showed up for a client whose crawl space had become a decades-long dumping ground. Old insulation, scrap metal, pipes, furnace parts, and lumber — layers of leftover mess from contractors who came and went without cleaning up after themselves.

It wasn't pretty going in. But that never stopped these two.

They dove in headfirst, hauled everything out, and turned a cramped, cluttered crawl space into a clean, workable area she can actually maintain. The repairs and upkeep her home needs can now safely be completed.

This is the kind of work we love — not because it's glamorous, but because it genuinely makes someone's home safer and their life a little easier. That's what showing up with your whole heart looks like.

We're proud to be part of the first Food Truck Friday of the season — providing a dumpster so the fun can keep rolling and the community can stay clean and beautiful.

Yep, we take that.

One of the questions we hear most often: "What do you actually haul away?"
The honest answer? Almost everything.

Old furniture, appliances, electronics, yard debris, construction waste, mattresses, exercise equipment — if it's taking up space and stressing you out, we'll load it up and get it out of your way. We've even hauled away an old paddle boat. Yes, really.

The only thing we can't take is hazardous waste — paints, chemicals, oils, and other household hazardous materials. A good rule of thumb: if it can't go in your weekly curbside pickup, it can't go in our truck either. But everything else? Fair game.

So the next time you're standing in your garage, basement, or backyard wondering "would they even take this?" — the answer is probably yes. 😄

The barn was the heart of the job — years and years of collected everything filling every inch of space. Our team worked through it carefully and efficiently.

When the dust settled, the property owner finally had their peace of mind back — and the neighbors? Let's just say the view from the backyard got a whole lot nicer.

They just don't make 'em like they used to. 🌀

We recently uncovered a couple of original metal Slinkys buried in a barn — decades of dust and all — and they still outperform any plastic Slinky you'll find on a shelf today. If you've watched a modern one flop and tangle after two steps down the stairs, you know exactly what we mean.

There's something special about finding a piece of the past that still works exactly the way it was meant to. Every cleanout we do is a little bit of a treasure hunt, and moments like this remind us why we love what we do.

So we have to ask — what's lurking in the back of your old barn or garage? You might be surprised what's been waiting in there all these years.

What a great community moment to celebrate! We were so honored to support Art in the Park in downtown Pinckney last weekend — and it wouldn't have been possible without the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce making it all happen.

There's something special about showing up for the community we call home. Whether it's hauling junk or keeping a local celebration clean and running smoothly, we're always glad to do our part. Watching neighbors come together for a beautiful event like this is exactly why we love what we do.
