Another insurance claim wrapped up! 🤜🤛

This project started with a tree fall and wind damage above the garage. Insurance originally only wanted to pay for a small repair, but we were able to get a full siding replacement approved.

The result speaks for itself. What started as a small damaged area turned into a complete exterior refresh for this homeowner.

We just wrapped up a chimney repair project in Howell. Replaced the old galvanized chimney chase cap with a stainless steel cap. The new cap sheds water away on all four sides, has a built in drip edge and collar.

Just wrapped up a big exterior refresh using CertainTeed Monogram — one of the top lines in vinyl siding. The main house is now finished in Midnight Blue, and the barn got a sharp upgrade with Weathered Wood. Both turned out amazing and really modernized lake house.

We also relocated the electrical service, installed new window trim and soffits, and replaced two decks with Trex Foggy Wharf, giving everything a clean, low-maintenance finish.
