Since our last post, we’ve completed a couple of other homes, but didn’t have a chance to take pictures.
We just finished this nice ranch in Howell.
1800 ft.², 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, nice covered front porch and rear porch, 3 car garage, 9 foot tall basement with a full bathroom prep. 
Quite a few “upgrades” that you would find in more expensive homes.
Very energy efficient as well as it tested almost twice as good as the Michigan energy code requires, 2.06 ACH, which is really good!
We can build this home for you on your lot for around 500k +/-
The variables would be clearing, grade balancing, Septic and Well requirements, driveway and utilities.
The 500k includes all of that in these pictures, but again, not the lot cost.
