New Jersey governor just shut down non-essential Construction fortunately hardscaping and residential small projects like this are still allowed with five men or less ,,,,,,General Landscaping is also still allowed because if they shut down grass cutters we would soon be overrun with snakes and rats just what we need after a plague "snakes and rats"
