After digging several basements in the past week that the existing homes were demolished by another contractor (and finding all the garbage they buried and left behind) I felt it necessary to show what a proper demolition should look like. If your demo jobs don’t look like this, your “good deal” is not worth it. Mark my words you will pay for it later!
