This is a different project than I have ever done! It’s not finished yet but it’s coming together! Below are some before and afters!

This house was getting tsunami after tsunami. This customers add-on was being washed out. Their beautiful home sits at the bottom of a big hill with crazy runoff. They needed help!!! Building a dam wasn’t an option, but controlling the flow was!!

Bang!!!

These before and afters say it all. They already had a swell but the water wasn’t getting there. They had drainage pipes but the water had other plans!! We helped the swell out took out the criminal hump and graded it down to drain. We knew that wasn’t going to solve all the problems but it was a good starting point. The pictures tell the rest of the story!

They had a downspout that was washing away the ground as if they didn’t get along. We helped with that by bringing that nasty downspout underground and tamed it with a pop up drain while raising grade around the house. We then shaped up the not so effective drainage area and made it efficient. Made a few shallow paths for flow. This will fix this issue and we want to fix yours too! Don’t wait untill rain season when the water is falling from the sky at record pace. We won’t be able to fix the issue if the ground is swamped. I would like to give a huge shoutout to our customers that have been patient and understanding with all this weather. The customers that have understood that it wasn’t an easy time for us. The customers who worked with us and knew that the rain had changed our work schedule daily. This has been tough and has been a roller coaster ride through all this rain!
