A quick project for our friends ! ⛰️⛰️⛰️

At the summit of Loon Peak a set of concrete steps that have been fallen apart needed a quick repair for summer events! We brought up 24”x48”x2” granite treads to overlay existing concrete stairs. Our vacuum makes quick work of manually moving these treads around. The granite will serve its purpose until better steps are designed and installed!

The views were amazing but the trip up was a little wild with the granite slabs in the back of the dump truck. I’ve had plenty of experience operating snow cats and skiing on a blue slopes but you really don’t feel it until your driving a truck both up and back down on a gravel road!

Getting closer to the easy part.. Tyler killing it with the slope grading. Frank, Jake, and the rest of the Hardscape crew killed it with the change order on an additional wall!

The slope needs to be stabilized and the original wall needs to be built. This site was no easy task.

Did you know there are places in the world that actually have to import rocks… I’m not an expert but this is not one of those spots!

We are preparing for a new retaining wall and part of this project involves removing rocks that were placed on the slope during the construction of the house.

The Hitachi 135 with steel wrist is an absolute beast in situations where failed is not an option. 🪨🪨🪨

We constructed both of these projects over the last couple years and Patio Rescue is back getting them set up for summer operations!

Our team has been hard at work installing fresh sod under the new Polar Express 6-Pack Lift terminal to improve ground conditions, reduce erosion, and keep things looking sharp year-round. We included stone down spot drains to mitigate water coming off the Terminal. It’s all part of our ongoing effort to enhance the mountain experience—on and off the slopes.

Winter leaves its mark—especially after 5 months at

Hit O’Brien’s patio with a full power wash and stripped away a season’s worth of grime, salt, and traffic.
