We are almost at September 1st, and for the first time in a few years, we haven’t had a drought this year! That’s a huge win for our lawns, but it definitely came with a couple of twists. Here’s what you need to know:

If your yard is a bit on the thinner side, you’ve probably noticed more w**ds popping up lately. With all the heavy rain we’ve had, those flash floods tend to dilute treatments quicker than usual. Remember if you’re on a SIX treatment program we do free service calls for this reason!
Please note: It’s not that the products aren’t working—Mother Nature has just been working overtime to make them less effective!

As round 3 is starting we want to ensure you’re getting treated at the correct time! If you haven’t paid for treatment 1 and 2 your account is on credit hold! Which means you don’t show up on our map to get treated until the balance is paid. You can make your payments online at www.pristineturfandpest.com, Mail in a check or call 937-581-7999 and pay over the phone!

We will be starting grub control in June! A nice lawn is great until it’s not because of grubs! We want to prevent any grub damage from happening this Summer so that’s why grub control is very important to have! If we’re delayed putting grub control down because you’re on credit hold, then there is a possibility that it won’t be put down at the proper time and grubs could cause damage!
