This poor Armstrong system hasn't been cleaned since 2010! 🫣🧽✨

It's truly amazing this system has mostly worked this long without any maintenance. The unit almost certainly has seen some overheating and potential damage that will shorten its overall lifespan! Most importantly a dirty unit isn't efficient and it isn't saving you money on your electrical bill! 💸 It definitely needed it and we are glad the new owners called and got it back up and running like a champ! 😎

Is your air conditioner running into trouble? 😫

If your getting warm air coming through your homes vents and the temperature isn't going down. 🥵 Maybe you see ice on the copper lines leading to your furnace or air conditioner then you have a problem! First turn off your air conditioner if there is ice present otherwise if you leave it on it will cause damage to your compressor or the heart of you ac system! 😲🫣

Another Dirty Dirty Air Conditioner! Another good before and after!🧽✨

This one really needed a cleaning as it was completely matted over on every side with a blanket of cotton wood fuzz! When this happens the unit begins to overheat, use more energy, and is very likely to have parts fail because its running much harder than its supposed to! 🫣

Recently while we where rebuilding a entire premium above the furnace and installing a new ac system in West Bend. However we noticed a curious cat watching our every move. 😆 Hopefully the cat reported something good back to the owners!
