I roll into the job site at 8 PM on New Year's Day and surprise, surprise! 340 feet of PVC is sprawled out a game of pick up sticks in the snow, courtesy of the delivery driver who treated it like 5 PM on a Friday 😂
Thankfully, the general contractor had my six and relocated 10 boxes of fittings inside since I was out repairing a boiler system in a six unit rental property for one of my best clients. I MacGyavered a pipe rack using scrap wood and a pallet that was previously a permanent snow resident to keep everything elevated until I start this crazy three-story residential container home🤘🏼

Phase one: Storm water infrastructure for the third floor flat roof, 2) Third floor decks and one ginormous second floor deck!

This project was highly enjoyable! Installation of a new Navien NPE-S2 tankless water heater, Zilmet side inlet well tank/Tank tee kit and a larger expansion tank for the Airaider radon mitigation system!

Fun 2.5 Bath house in Lake Luzern back started in late 2020 & finished early 2021

Amazing farm style laundry sink w/ wall mount faucet on top of custom built table.

Loved the master bathroom Vintage style claw foot tub & ORB faucet

Free standing Tub & Delta faucet on 2nd floor came out clean just never got to see the glass installed for finished look😫

Missing a few pictures of the final walkthrough after Patrick Burke did his final clean up on this project!

😃Haven’t posted anything since early 2021 & it was more than half a year before that when I created my last post for the business!
