The homeowner had a vision & we were ready to help them achieve it 🛠️🙌

We love brainstorming with clients about their layout and design ideas, working together to get the most of their home. That being said, the real work gets done in the ex*****on. Choosing reliable materials, prioritizing craftsmanship over a quick fix, and treating the client’s home as if it were our own.

We spruced up this home from top to bottom to get it ready for the market.

We decided to leave the original trim work while updating flooring and fixtures. Part of the challenge when remodeling is deciding what elements to keep to honor the original home, while also bringing in some new life with updated features.

We enjoy working with clients to help them make those decisions based on their goals, budget, and style.

We'd love to remodel your Central Illinois home!

The process of assessing the home, making a plan, and executing all while building a relationship with the client is why we love what we do.

Just when you thought this bathroom remodel couldn’t get better - it does!

This space includes double sinks as well as this makeup vanity, and hidden in one of the drawers is a custom spot for heat tools with an outlet built in.

An unexpected feature that adds practicality to this new primary bathroom.

What fun features would you love to add to your bathroom if you were to redo it?

A lovely laundry room before & after 📸

Even though it looks like these are shot from the same spot, we actually moved the laundry room when reconfiguring this main floor. The original was right off the kitchen, so we moved it back closer to the bedrooms and turned that space into a walk-in pantry instead!

Finding layout solutions within an existing footprint is one of the many advantages of having a skilled contractor on your team!
