For this modern Brookline property, we created an outdoor setting defined by classic simplicity and exceptional materials.
 
Nearly 2,000 square feet of Afyron Blue Ice Marble was used throughout the pool deck, fire pit patio, and connecting walkways, creating a continuous foundation of natural stone across the property.

The 2nd Annual Mary Terra Memorial Golf Tournament was a tremendous success, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us at Marlborough Country Club this past Tuesday to honor Mary’s memory and support an important cause.

This year, 24 teams of four came together in support of cancer awareness, cancer research, and families who are facing the fight against cancer today. Through this event, Mary’s legacy continues to bring people together, inspire generosity, and create hope for others.

Congratulations to this year’s tournament champions: 🏆 Jason Resendes, Rey Garcia, Paul O’Connell, and Paul Freitas.

New life is taking shape at The Lofts at Cranston Print Works in Cranston, RI. 👷‍♂️

Dex by Terra is proud to be working with Brady Sullivan Properties LLC on the transformation of the former mill complex into a mixed-use development featuring new residential apartments and True Storage self-storage space.

This has been a big one for our crews—more than 131,000 square feet of concrete slab and topping work throughout the storage facilities, plus concrete pavers, broom-finished sidewalks, gas fire pits, grill stations and outdoor amenity areas.

We’ve also installed approximately 3,000 linear feet of chain-link and privacy fencing across the property, along with concrete pads, footings and other site improvements.

There’s still work to be done, but it’s great seeing the scale of this redevelopment come together.
