Think spring!

This was one of our favorite projects! This wall is absolutely gorgeous. It has all of the best elements that a Fieldstone Wall can offer. There is a variety of sizes in the stones. The joints between stones are tight. The lines in the wall are pleasing to the eye. And the stones themselves have a wonderful range of colors.

Here is some photo documentation of our construction of a drylaid Moongate at one of our client's residences. Completely drylaid with no mortar. The only thing holding it up is physics.

June is here already! And it brought the heat with it. It is now, officially, swimming pool and barbecue season. And every back yard deserves a dream landscape.

This is one of the more epic landscapes that Jamie and I built several years ago with Doug Miller of Landesign. People were curious about the one photo I posted, so I thought I'd give you a few more with some comments. Enjoy. And don't forget to tell your friends and family to "like" our page so we can win the Facebook battle that we have entered into with another hardscape company that we used to work with. (All in good fun, of course.) :)

We at Stone Raven make a habit of showcasing some of our more spectacular builds. The kind of landscapes that take your breath away.
But it is important to remember that, just because we like showing off our more extravagant projects, doesn't mean you have to spend a fortune to improve your landscape. Here are some simple ideas for jazzing up your landscape that won't necessarily break the bank.
