Today, we pause as a team to honor the memory of someone who was more than just an employee – he was a valued part of our family….And our hearts are suffering a huge void.

We are deeply saddened by Mohammad’s sudden passing.

Mohammad had a presence that filled the room the moment he walked in. Conversations got louder, laughter came easier, and somehow the mood just lifted. Mohammad was the kind of person who made everything a little lighter and enjoyable. Whether it be a joke, or a perfectly timed comment that had everyone laughing without even realizing we needed it. We’ll always remember him as the one who made things fun, the one who was first on the dance floor at our Christmas party and whose presence was always known and known in a good way. He was well respected by everyone here and our customers always had something positive to say about him.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mohammad’s Alamin's family and friends.

Mohammad will be deeply missed—but never forgotten. RIP dear friend

ROOFING FOREMAN
We are looking for an experienced foreman to lead our crews with professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. This is great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage roofing crew on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to company’s quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and job site logistics.
• Communicate progress, issues, and needs with project manager and office staff
• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site from beginning to end

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• 3+ years roofing experience (shingles, metal, flat roofs, copper, or related systems)
• Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read plans/blueprints and measure accurately (will train)
What we offer:
• Competitive pay (based on experience) $40,000-$90,000/year
• Benefits package such as 401K, paid time off, holiday pay after one year of continuous service
• Percentage of Health insurance available
• Company vehicle to use during working hours
