Ryan’s complete construction is hiring! We are searching for anyone out there that might think they would like to try there luck in the construction field. Looking for the skill set of just knowing how to read a tape measure all the way to a experienced carpenter. The pay will be based on experience but starting pay will be $15. Ryan’s complete construction is looking for a lead carpenter/foreman. Must have at least 5 years of construction experience. Our jobs include pole barns, framing, decks, siding, roofing, windows, interior trim, concrete and foundations. You must be able to layout and cut rafters and stairs, be able to push and Lead a crew of up to 5 guys, Be able to talk to home owners.

Other job qualifications are
Punctual, willing to work late to finish a job, available some weekends, positive attitude, work well with others,

Pay will be based on experience and performance but no less then $20.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $30.00 1 week paid vacation and 5 personal days the first year. $500 cash sign on bonus after 2 weeks. I’m willing to work in other benefits if that’s what it will take to get a good candidate. Please share and dm the page for more details.
