I picked up an old McCulloch MS1434NAV a while back which needed some repairs. The first issue was the handle cracked at the undercarriage joint. No replacement parts to be found, so I plastic-welded the crack, but also 3d printed a unique support brace to keep stress off the weak joint so that it stays intact. The 3d printed support is the black piece with the recessed X’s, that slot into the two handle pieces. ABS material. It should last a long time.
