We are deeply honored that Hartman Homes has been selected as the exclusive Dream Home for the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes—a distinction that celebrates exceptional craftsmanship while supporting an important cause.

Presented in partnership with the Housing First MN Foundation, the Dream Home tours help fund the Foundation’s mission of creating safe housing and supporting individuals, families, and veterans who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Every Dream Home admission directly contributes to this meaningful work, helping provide more Minnesotans with a safe place to call home.

This year’s Dream Home is a 5,403-square-foot Modern Lake Cottage on White Bear Lake. Set on a treasured family property with ties to the historic Wildwood Amusement Park, the home blends timeless lake cottage character with modern refinement, thoughtfully designed for gathering, wellness, and generations of memories to come.

We invite you to tour this remarkable home during the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes and join us in supporting the impactful work of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation.

The Artisan Home Tour has officially come to a close, and we're excited to share a final look at Home #13.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible turnout and enthusiasm from tour guests. Throughout the tour, this home sparked countless conversations thanks to its thoughtfully curated design and one-of-a-kind features.

From the sunken great room and custom metal staircase to the hidden gun safe, custom driveway, seven-person media room bar, and intricate ceiling details, every space was designed with intention and craftsmanship in mind.

We are incredibly proud of how this home came together and thrilled to finally showcase it in its entirety. Luxury is found in the details, and every element of this residence was carefully crafted to create a cohesive, elevated living experience.
