🎙 Did you catch the latest episode of SMECO Connects?

Ronnie Wise, your cooperative’s Distribution Operations Manager, explains how flowcharts were replaced by our ARCOS system, which enables SMECO to rapidly notify linemen who are on call that we need to assemble crews and make repairs. This process went from taking at least an hour to now often under 15 minutes, improving our reliability and restoration response for our members.
