Good Chilly Monday Morning!

Why should I get a Roof Inspection now? After high winds its always a good idea because here is what can happen with the winds we have had.
- Missing or Lifted Shingles...curled, gone or raised edges on shingles can now allow water to get underneath.
- Creased or Cracked Shingles...high winds can bend shingles back causing the shingle to crease which no longer makes the shingle water tight.
- Granule Loss...if there are granules on your patio, etc or bald spots on your shingles, it reduces your roof life.
- Damaged Flashing...wind can losen or bend flashing causing leaks later.

We have some questionable weather rollin through late afternoon through tomorrow morning. High winds and a heavy rainfall. It is always a good idea to have a Roofing Company come out and do a thorough inspection of your roof and its current condition. Our Inspections are always FREE. We walk the roof whenever we can to give you the most accurate assessment possible. If you do have issues that you are unaware about its better to mitigate the issue now instead of waiting until even more damage occurs. Which becomes more costly.

Goodmorning Neighbors!

A three-day freeze is heading our way...Saturday-Tuesday morning and now is the perfect time to make sure your home is protected from cold weather damage.
- SAFEGUARD YOUR PIPES - Let your faucets drip and open cabinet doors to keep warm air circulating. Also, wrap your exterior pipes and hose bibs. Especially on the shady sides of your home.
PROTECT YOUR ROOF - Make sure gutters and downspouts are clear so ice can't build up. Check for loose shingles or exposed nail heads as these can worsen during freezing temps. Lastly, if you notice leaks or staining on ceilings, schedule an inspection ASAP before the freeze sets in.
CHECK YOUR HOME - Seal gaps around doors, windows, and siding to prevent drafts and moisture intrusion. Lastly, make sure fences, Patio Covers, and decks are secure in case of high winds or icing.
