Went back to an awesome return client's house today!
They got a little touch up of a few things around the house !
•Cleared back behind the fence
•Freshened up the crush granite
•Removed a stump
•Raised two irrigation heads
•Installed one nice piece of flagstone
•Light trim on the oak trees out front
•Front yard hedges!

Landscape renovations in magnolia powered by Backlash Coffee Company & Blake's Personal Lawn & Landscape LLC !!

•Raised bed built behind pool
• 6 5 gallon wax myrtles planted down back fence line
• drip line ran in 2 beds
• new individual drip lines ran to each one of the wax myrtles
• 3 previously broken lines reconstructed
• 3 foxtails 3 flax lillies planted
• 10ft bulk head built to prevent a starf of erosion going down to creek behind back fence
• 2 raised, sloped areas brought up to pool decking and sanded to get rid of drop offs
• front & back mulched !
House is up for sale !
