While the inside of this project is getting the hardwood floors refinished we are busy working on the exterior transformation! New roof line over the front porch, new Fiberon Composite front porch, Versetta Stone siding, Diamond Kote lap siding in Clay and the blue for accent colors, new front door and more to come!!! This place is going to be a brand new home soon!!

We've been so busy we haven't posted in a month!

Our latest project in Yates Center has been progressing quickly! This guest bathroom has Onyx shower walls and door installed, its ready for floor tile, vanity and toilet!

The front entry had the roof line reframed and is ready for composite decking and a ceiling. The kitchen addition is currently being wired by the guys from KJ Electrical Contracting and cabinets are being built! The new laundry room is framed and is being wired.

Lots going on and many more great updates to come!!

David has been busy this week!! Addition is almost covered up and ready to roof! 70 degrees on Monday in February, can't beat this as a contractor!!

Enjoying the mild February weather and framing up this addition!! The customer will be relocating their kitchen into this area! This will more than double the kitchen space in this house! More pictures to come!

Also remodeling bathrooms on this project with Onyx showers in both!!

We are knocking out a siding job before winter really gets here! Versetta Stone went on today on the front of the house, DiamondKote prefinished siding will go on the rest of the house. This exterior will be pretty much maintenance free when we finish up!!

We finally received our range hood for this kitchen remodel to tie all of the pieces together!!

Floating shelves were built and installed last week! This place is beautiful and the fun part was every cabinet used was somewhere in the house to start with! We moved cabinets from 3 different rooms to make this transformation!

Thanks to Sherwin Williams for the great paint products, Top It in Chanute for the amazing countertops, and KJ Electrical Contracting for the lighting, especially the awesome under cabinet and toe kick LED lights!!

Master Closet is almost finished up on this remodel! Stained closet shelving system built and installed! New flooring and new light fixture!

Our customers had a pretty plain beam tying into this beautiful fireplace! We fixed them up with new trim wrapping the beam to match the trim in the rest of the house and really make this beam stand out!
