LEVEL 3 — SENIOR GROUNDS/ ROBOTIC TECHNICIAN - Mowing & Landscape Maintenance
Target Compensation
$22–$24/hour
Associates may specialize in traditional grounds maintenance, robotic grounds maintenance, landscape installation, plant health or equipment.
Robotic Grounds Maintenance Track
Training includes:
• Robotic mower operation
• Charging systems
• Mapping
• GPS/RTK concepts
• Site commissioning
• Operating-zone setup
• Troubleshooting
• Blade inspection/replacement
• Firmware/app management
• Charging-station inspection
• Site inspection
• Robot recovery
• Fleet monitoring
• Customer communication
• Productivity documentation
Traditional Grounds Track
Advanced skills may include:
• Commercial mower proficiency
• Fine pruning
• Plant/Grass/Weed identification
• Fertilizer/pesticide application
• Landscape installation
• Equipment diagnostics
Advancement Requirements
• Demonstrated technical competency
• Strong attendance/punctuality
• Leadership
• Ability to work independently
• Quality-control competency
• Ability to train Level 1 Associates
These positions have the potential to be year round positions, and will include snow removal operations over the winter at $40/hour. The position is full time, working four days each week in season. During the months of January and February work would be limited to part time and snow related activity.

Commercial mower certification - $0.25/hr
Trailer competency - $0.25/hr
Qualified company driver - $0.50–$0.75/hr
Robotic mower certification - $0.50–$0.75/hr
Pesticide applicator certification - $1.00–$2.00/hr
Landscape construction competency - $0.75–$1.50/hr
CDL - $1.00–$2.00/hr
Equipment diagnostic competency - $0.75–$1.00/hr
Approved Associate trainer - $0.50–$1.00/hr
Bonus Structure:
Technicians:
Up to $250 per quarter
