PSA - Never obstruct any electrical equipment, as a 3' x 30" clearance is required.
This customer had a main panel arcing and needed to be replaced. However, someone installed a water heater within the required clearance. This was in violation (and would have failed the county inspection). We had to relocate the main panel to the exterior along with relocating all of the circuits.
Glad we got to help this great family!
