Understand the AccuLift concrete lifting process. Many people ask how we do it - so here is a basic explanation of what to expect. First is Trae - you meet him during the estimate and again when doing the work. We do not use subcontractors. This is important because expectations are clear between us and you - there is no middle person or interpretation.

1- To get started, set up and preparation is an important step to plan out the ‘grid’ where injection points take place and start drilling the 3/8” holes where foam will be injected.

2- 3/8” ports are inserted in each drill hole. The ports are important because they help control the material that’s going under the surface and in a clean manner.

3- Foam is injected through the ports as a liquid then cures under ground as a solid to fill the void, stabilize the soil and lift the surface. This takes careful time and precision to ensure movement is controlled and all surfaces are supported.

4- Once the lift is complete, we remove the ports and patch the 3/8” hole with concrete. The surface is ready to use immediately.

5- An optional service you may choose is to have the joint sealed. Some customers choose to do this themself. It is completely up to you.

Every situation is unique, so each estimate is tailored to your specific condition.

The only way to check for voids under the surface is to drill.

Eliminating another trip hazard. How it works: we drill 3/8” holes (the injection points) then insert an orange port. The liquid material is injected through the port and finds the open space, or void, and expands as it cures. Once the voids are filled, the material can then start lifting the surface. When complete, we remove the orange ports, fill the hole and surface can immediately be used.
