Hand in Hand (HNH Build), founded in 2009, is an outside business development and construction management firm specializing in Commercial Fenestration or Specification Trade Division – 0800, Commercial Openings(Windows, Doors, Vents and Glazing). The owner, Cash Cockerill, II, was raised in his family’s high end residential new construction and remodeling business which specializes in windows, doo
rs, kitchens and floors. Just out of grade school, he organically began an extensive apprenticeship helping his uncle in the field to learn installations over summer breaks and design consulting in their showroom after class during the school year. Upon obtaining his first commercial project at 17 he quickly obtained his high school diploma and became the full time Vice President of his families business and pursued higher education through trade knowledge faculties. As demand for commercial services grew, the need to create a separate corporation solely dedicated to commercial business development became apparent and Hand in Hand was born. Though its expanded to offer a myriad of services, commercial fenestration construction management remains its pinnacle specialty.
