We promised this client they’d be swimming before their August 29 party.

They were!

Every item on this pool was special order.

Custom blended Spanish tile.

Special color coping.

Porcelain pavers.

Any one of those could have blown the deadline.

We planned around every lead time and got them in the water like we said we would.

The pool is done.

Now we’re finishing the patio structure.

Pavers are still sitting at the port, so the last of the hardscape waits on that.

About 90% there.

Anybody can build a pool.

Building one this detailed and hitting a hard date is a different job.

Got a build with a deadline attached?

Three months in on the most detailed pool we’ve built this year.

Water goes in Friday.

The final count on this one:

17 lights inside the pool.
24 more lights around the channel and drainage.
Custom blended Spanish tile, special order.
16x10 spa.
Sports pool design, deep in the center, shallow on both ends.
Oversized Baja shelf.
Fluted tile on the beam.
5 pedestals on the raised bond beam with irrigation and lighting.
Special order coping in custom colors.
24x48 porcelain pavers.
Tan pool cover to finish it off.
41 lights total.

This backyard is going to glow like a Las Vegas resort.

Special design pools take longer.

The coping, the tile, the pavers, all special order, all weeks in the making.

That’s the trade for a pool nobody else on the block has.

Follow along, the finished reveal is coming.
