C.J. Hughes Construction is pleased to announce that Tara Nicholson has joined the company as Vice President – Strategy & Growth.

Tara brings more than 16 years of experience across the energy, utility, engineering, construction, and infrastructure industries. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles spanning strategic growth, client development, technical services, workforce solutions, and business operations, working with major organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

In her new role, Tara will focus on C.J. Hughes’ continued growth and long-term strategy, including expanding key client relationships, developing new customers and markets, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening the company’s position across the energy and infrastructure industries.

Tara brings a unique ability to connect the technical, operational, and business sides of an organization. Her experience working across multiple areas of the industry provides a broad perspective on both the challenges customers face and the opportunities available to help solve them.
