New House Site!! We were hired to ready the site and build the foundation for a second dwelling on this property in Burl...

New House Site!! We were hired to ready the site and build the foundation for a second dwelling on this property in Burlington. After removing stumps, debris and old sauna tubes we located and replaced an existing cast iron sewer pipe with schedule 40 PVC and added a clean out pipe.We then could start digging for our foundation footings. The foot print would be 24x24 with a step down and footing drain pipe for better frost protection. We used Insulated Concrete Forms that provide a 22R Value. We dug and installed conduit for the power supply, sleeved the foundation wall for the water supply and finished with 3" foam board under the basement floor. I would like to thank Benjamin Pratt of BP Wastewater for helping with the clean out pipe.
