Our paving crew had the opportunity to place Cold in-place Recycle (CIR) material with Coughlin Co, in Ibapah, UT. CIR is an innovative process that recycles asphalt, making it stronger while reducing project costs and timelines.

We appreciate the relationship with Coughlin and Jones & DeMille, as we were able to optimize this process and finish 8 days early!
