🌱Improves soil quality — Adds organic matter and nutrients that support healthier grass growth.

🍁 Levels uneven areas — Gradually fills small dips and smooths out minor surface divots.

🌱 Encourages deeper roots — Better soil conditions leads to stronger root development.

🍁 Retains moisture — Compost helps soil hold moisture, supporting seed and grass growth.

🌱 Improves overall lawn health — Encourages thicker, greener grass that can better compete with weeds.

One of our most popular services this fall is top dressing! Here’s a few reasons why top dressing your lawn can be beneficial! 🌱☀️

- Improves soil quality and adds organic matter and can improve the soil structure.

- Helps level the lawn — fills in small low spots and smooths uneven areas.

- Encourages thicker grass — creates a better environment for new seed to establish.

- Helps retain moisture and nutrients.

- Improves overall lawn appearance — a smoother, denser, healthier-looking lawn over time.
