Just a friendly note:

After that storm yesterday, it might not be a bad idea to take a quick look at your gutters. If they're clogged with leaves and debris, all this heavy rain can cause water to back up and overflow. In some cases, that water can end up behind the gutters and make its way into your house causing leaks and damage.

If you haven't cleaned your gutters this year, now's probably a good time to do it before we get more of these summer storms rolling through. (we do not clean gutters at Park Place but I am sure there are local companies who do who can take care of that for you)

A little maintenance now can save a potential headache later!

What a beautiful transformation this turned out to be 🥰 - This homeonwer wanted to change the look of the front of her house, so we removed the railings, changed the columns, did a new larger window in the gable, vertical siding, new soffit and trim as well and did pavers on her walkway and porch areas.

To say this transformation is stunning would be an understatement. 😍😍😍
We completely updated this home with CertainTeed Board & Batten vertical siding, added bold black trim for a modern contrast, and finished it off with new 6" black gutters to tie everything together.
The pictures honestly don’t even do this one justice — the curb appeal in person is incredible. This is definitely one of our favorite transformations of the year so far.
