A&M Erosion Control installs Riprap 🪨🪨🪨🪨 installation is a critical process that protects shorelines, stream beds, and other structures from erosion. This process commences with obtaining the necessary permits and gathering equipment and materials, including the proper type and size of rock. A well-graded mix of various rock sizes is recommended rather than uniform sizes. The installation process involves several key steps, including installation of the base, selection between geotextile and filter rock, placement of the rock, and finishing touches with a layer of soil. Proper installation requires attention to detail, including proper installation of filter media and compaction of a well-graded riprap.
