A Google review: "While dealing with a family member's home after their death, we discovered that there was a major water issue in the crawlspace. I reached out to 3 companies and Pinnacle was right in the middle of the 3 quotes. When breaking down the quotes, I determined that Pinnacle was the right balance between the two ends of the spectrum. I got the same quality equipment but with lower labor rates. I live several hours away and John was great at working with me to handle the contract and payment. He provided daily photos of the issues encountered and the daily progress. The work was completed on time and in very professional manner. The crawlspace was over 4,000 sq ft and so was a significant investment but we are quite pleased with the value received. A Google Review"Look no further for foundation work......and I sincerely mean this! Our experience with John and his team was top level from the first phone call to the last handshake. We had zero experience with foundation work. We learned that our 1800's home was a challenge, and several companies turned us down because of a small crawlspace. John walked us through every step. He did what he said he was going to do, and showed up when he said he would. The crew was equally as amazing and we enjoyed them! We felt that the cost for our repairs was a great value, the quality of the work top notch, and again, I can't say enough about the responsiveness, punctuality, and the kindness of John and his crew.
