**Just an update on Apollo Locksmith Co, LLC Policy. Recently we programmed a Fob for a Toyota. The customer provided the Fob that was faulty. As a temporary solution, I provided an X38 Universal Fob. The customer is complaining that it stopped working. Because of the customers negative actions and harassment. It just re-enforces why most locksmiths don’t program customer provided Keys/Fobs.
Effective Immediately.

We no longer program customer provided Key/Fobs. No Exceptions!

This customer had her purse taken out of her shopping cart at a local box store. She lost her keys, wallet pretty much everything. They called and I made a Fob for a 2022 Chevy Silverado using OEM software. Removed all other keys and made the situation better not having to worry about someone able to start her vehicle.

This Mustang gave me a run for my money. I used the Autek820 Elite with the Ford active alarm and it didn’t work. So, I took my Xtool and went through the process to deactivate the alarm and finally was able to read eeprom data and make a key.

2015 Ford F150 All Keys Lost

I hope everyone had a good weekend. When most people are off of work. Our Locksmiths are hard at work. This weekend was a strange one. We did 6 Ford Trucks all F150/F250 Older models.
