Our yard and house flooded September 19th and we had over an inch and a half of water under our house as well as many other neighbors had substantial damage. The city has yet to at least clean the debris to help reduce it backing up. As you can see in the pictures the pipes running across the ditch are still damned up with debris and already backing up and flowing over the top. Must not be of to much importance.
