This aircraft maintenance facility recently wrapped up and was turned over to the owner. Designed by Nola | Van Peursem, it includes an attached parts warehouse and support areas - tool room, locker rooms, office, and break room.

We had the pleasure of joining Governor Ivey, Attorney General Steve Marshall, and the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences team at the official ribbon cutting for the new Huntsville Regional Laboratory and Medical Facility that we recently completed.

We would like to thank the Forensic Sciences team members for the thorough tour that highlighted the different capabilities they now have in this facility.

It is always a pleasure getting to see the end result of a project that our team brought from the bid phase to the owner's occupancy.

We had a great crowd onsite to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Madison Elementary School. Our team has work underway on this 149,000 sf school set to open in the Fall of 2026.

We are happy to do our part in providing the Huntsville Police Department with their new crime scene investigation building. Construction is underway and our team is continuing to make the most of this dry weather!

Our team at Goldsmith Schiffman Elementary School poured out their slab on grade early this morning. Pearce Construction is happy to have the privilege of constructing the addition to one of the schools that we also originally built.

Pearce Construction is happy to announce the completion, and official ribbon cutting of Huntsville Fire and Rescue Station 20. This is the fourth Fire Station that we have been able to build for the growing City of Huntsville.

It was a pleasure working with Nola VanPeursem Architects and the City of Huntsville on another successful project!
