Part 3 of the project take over. We started this and completed it in 2 weeks. This bathroom/ laundry room was only a half bathroom. I installed the corner shower unit. This project is a prime example of having the wrong company. So glad we were able to take this over and save the owner from total devastating costs.

Job we had to take over and complete. The previous contractor was going on his 7th week into this renovation. These are the pictures from the first day of my company taking over. They didn't ever clean up behind themselves and said he was about 75% completed. Now they were supposed to paint and install flooring in back master bedroom. They installed laminate and glued the joints and nailed as if it was hardwood floors. Was blown away with the lack of preparation for paint. And over srpay was on the existing hardwood floors that were staying. Over spray from wall color on the ceilings throughout the house. Long story short we came in cleaned up and got everything out of the house to work properly. During pictures and completed pictures in next posts.

Rental property I was able to do for a Investor. This house had plaster walls and ceilings. Some trim was painted some wasn't. None of the trim had ever been caulk lots of nails holes some skimming had to be done. Prime all walls ceilings and trim with oil base. 3 to 5 coats of paint throughout the home. Then the new Lvp flooring and changed out the counter top plus new sink. New hot water heater 3 new light fixtures in couple areas.
