I work closely with other quality contractors like Whole Home Solutions to get the job done. This home needed an entire heating and cooling system rehab requiring a larger than standard concrete pad for the new HVAC unit. We dug out the organic material, framed it up and compacted stone and poured the the concrete pad for them so they could place the new HVAC the next day!
My homie at Concreative Solutions Adam Weinrich dropped by and was teaching one of my guys how to finish concrete. I think working closely with other Contractors and just having a great working relationship together is what really brings the magic to the job and gives the homeowner the best overall experience!

A patio extension that I did the excavation and stone prep for in conjunction with Concreative Solutions last week in Owen's CrossRoads. Turned out great. I was able to keep the damage to the existing space at a minimum using a mini skid and a gentle touch!

This project for a client worked out really great. His yard was not accessible from his property, so the neighbors allowed driveway access from thier property. We installed 2 drain pipe covered them with stone and bridged access over to his back yard. The property is on a large hillside on Jones Valley Drive. I stripped the existing organic soil and stock piled it, we hand dug in a trench for a retaining wall on one section, the other section we uncover allot of large existing rock and stacked it to create a natural retaining wall. Build the wall and then Had 2 triaxle loads of red dirt delivered, reloaded it I to my chevy 3500 dump truck and drove down the neighbors drive and backed it into his hilside and just kept dumping and filling and building a level area for them to have a flat portion of usable yard space. I the covered it with the existing organic soil and hauled a couple extra loads in.

Having a small Dump Truck has been really paying off. I was able to pull into this yard back in December and minimize yard damage with the tracks by not having to transport stone bucket by bucket from the from to the back. It took 10 loads to get us to grade. There was 20" of fall from the front left corner to the back right corner. This project went really good and the customer was super happy!

Worked out at Smith Lake for 3 day prepping a site for a camper pad and future home build. Cut an embankment, capped the existing driweway, extended the driveway, built a pad for the camper, graded topsoil into the yard Interior for seeding and erosion Control, and pushed several loads of clay off the hillside to create a sitting and lookout point for them to enjoy the view. Was almost eaten alive by Yellow Jackets the last day but managed a clever escape!

This was a fun project this last weekend. I was hired by a local HVAC Company to run a Lull and help the remove 3 old units and set the new one and haul off all the old units. Had a great time working with Whole Home Soultions to get this done!

Do you have a small concrete project you need done? I hear from allot of people they want concrete pads poured for thier trash and recycle bins and can not get a contractor to come and do it. You are in luck! I pour 2 can 3 can and 4 can pads for your trash cans.
2 can pad 32"x60" $750
3 can pad 32"x 90" $850

First job in the books! Carnegie Loop, Meridinaville AL. Someone flipping a foreclosure had a pile of block, brick and other construction materials that the trash service wouldn't collect. They had a dumpster and hired me to come scoop up the debris and help them get it cleaned up and ready to get it listed.
