1. Change your filters frequently
2. Have us come out to clean and service your unit in the spring and fall.

Although this doesn’t completely eliminate failures it greatly reduces the chances of expensive repairs later down the road.

Upgrade!!

This customer called us because their AC wasn’t cooling. After diagnosing the system, we found the evaporator coil had a leak.

We discussed the repair versus replacement options, and because the system was older and out of warranty, the customer decided a new system was the better long-term investment. They now have a new system backed by a 10-year parts warranty and the peace of mind of knowing it was installed by a licensed and insured HVAC contractor.

As soon as we were finished, the homeowner said, “I haven’t felt my AC blow like that ever!”
