We recently hired ME Construction Concepts LLC. to remodel our master bathroom shower, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.

What began as a simple shower replacement turned into a larger project when I decided midstream that I wanted the tile extended around the bathtub as well. Not only did they accommodate the change, but they did so with patience, professionalism, and a willingness to make sure the finished product matched my vision.

The craftsmanship is outstanding. The attention to detail, communication throughout the project, and pride they take in their work are evident in every aspect of the finished bathroom.

What impressed me just as much as the quality of the work was the integrity of the owner. During the project, an unexpected banking issue created a payment complication on my end. He handled the situation with honesty, fairness, and grace, doing the right thing without hesitation. In today’s world, that kind of character matters and deserves to be recognized.
