Had the pleasure of adding this custom Book case with movable ladders to complete our customers office space . This unit is a total of 20’ long by 8’9” tall. Red oak library ladders ,Red oak cabinets with solid red oak face frame 100% custom.

We had the pleasure of working with an awesome couple who had a
Garage built by another contractor a few years ago who did not build it up to code they also attached it to the existing trailer home, which is against HUD.
 So we stepped in and worked with an engineer, as well as the city of Conroe to get their garage up to code and detached from the home.
We have the slab x-rayed and it failed the x-ray test for rebar contents so we had to do an overpour per the engineer. Also, the header beam over the garage door was not rated for the load so it had to be replaced. They were missing two structural beams in the attic to help support the roof line as well as caller ties to prevent sagging. As well no adequate support for all the beams in the walls of the building all the door headers had to be raised 6” to 8” . We also worked side-by-side with our electrician who got all the electrical outlets and wiring up to code as well as the exterior breaker panel.
While we were there, we also repainted the entire exterior of the home and garage ,added a small porch to the shed and a small lean to over a door. We also replaced both doors in the shed.
